Products: My business offers quality collectable afforable gifts. I have highly detailed hand puppets, State Quarter bears,and other plushes. In addition to childerns items I am very proud to offer Limited Edition Prints by Jody Bergsma, who proudlys autographs and will add special messages on request.
Why you chose this business : I wanted to offer something for everyone. I wanted quality, functionable, affordability, and educational for all.
Hardest part of business : The hardest part is packaging and mailing my products. I am disabled and can not perform this part of the business. I depend on my husband to package, address, and mail all my gifts to my wonderful customers.
Best part of business: The best part is the customers. Some have become friends, even though we havn't meet. It seems as like I've known them all my life. There have been times when a client has contacted with a gift request, not sure what they want and in a few minutes I have a very excited client and a special gift going out! I love helping people save money, give them quality products,and great customer service!
Are you successful by your standards? There is always room to better your success. My success comes from a drive to respect, going above and beyond, and open communication to please all my clients.
Biggest support : My husband is my right & left hands. Tami Polichete has been long distant angel in teaching about running a web site. Donna Majda has been there with anything I have need, as far as uploading pictures to graphics.
Anything you would do different? I would have put together a business plan, budget, and researched wholesalers verse sales reps.

Children can become overexcited and stressed during the holidays. Parents and child care providers need to realize that even good times can cause stress. It is important for adults to help children get back to normal after holiday times are over.
Where is it? I know I left it here somewhere. If I am to reach these children, I need to have it. It was just here…You know what I am talking about. It is long and thin and has a bugle at the end of it. It resembles an Alpine horn. If you don’t know what that is, imagine your grandfather’s pipe only a lot bigger. It is my Mama mouthpiece, and it is the only thing that gets the point across when my children experience a momentary loss of hearing.
