Avoid spamming and anything that looks like spamming.
The issue of spam is hard-pressed and now taken seriously. Why risk it? There are alternatives:
1. Use opt-in e-mail. Set up a yahoo group to post your newsletters on and send info to your clients who have signed up. Spam FREE and sign up is FREE.
2. You might consider hiring a diverse marketing service rather than sending out your own solicitations to save time and let professionals handle your marketing issues for you.
3. Use Double Opt-In Subscription Confirmations for when someone subscribes to your ezine or newsletter via the subscription form on your site, a confirmation email sent requesting an action be taken in order to confirm the subscription will help ensure only those people requesting your publication actually receive it.

The following are just a few ideas to get the fun started and be sure to use your imagination too!
Valentine’s Day is a touchy subject with me. It is not that my husband forgets to honor our love on that day. In fact, he is better at remembering Valentine’s Day than he is at remembering our anniversary. Perhaps I should consider making our anniversary a National Hallmark holiday with lots of billboards and other advertising to help the poor guy recall the day we became husband and wife. No matter. We have Cupid’s celebration for which he can ramp up his adoration for me.
1-2 lbs. Cubed beef
1 28oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes (Muir Glen) plus 1 can of water
2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tblsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. sea salt
6 Celery stalks, sliced
1 Tblsp. Cornstarch
2 Tblsp. water
Place beef, tomatoes + 1 can of water, potatoes, onion, garlic, parsley and sea salt in a slow cooker or crock pot (crocks require longer cooking time).
Turn slow cooker on highest setting and cook, covered for 1 hour 45 minutes and then add celery. Cover, and cook another 30 to 45 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 2 Tblsp water, add to soup to thicken slightly. Serve with fresh green salad. Yields appx, 8 servings.
{Note: my kids do not care for pepper, so I leave it out of the preparation and add it to my own bowl later}
