Happy Spring! I think Spring has really finally sprung around here. The kiddies have actually been able to spend more time outside (which is wonderful cause I think cabin fever had begun to set in and they were driving mommy crazy!) Today's issue is themed all around organization. I believe our organziation skills really come out during this time of year. Fresh air seems to bring out the need for cleanliness! Hope everyone else is having some great weather too...and enjoying it of course!

Why you chose this business : I chose this business because I love candles and
I enjoy meeting new people. Home parties are so
much fun and when I help an organization earn the
money they need for whatever reason, it makes me
feel like I enhanced someone else's life in a
positive way and I enjoy that the most!
Hardest part of business : The hardest part has been advertising! I don't
have the budget I wish I had so that I could do
a lot more both locally and online.
Best part of business: The best part has been meeting so many nice people
who are willing to help when you need it. I've
learned so much from the ladies that I've met in
online parties and forums; they are always willing
to share their success secrets with you!
Are you successful by your standards? Yes, because I just started in my business last
month. I have accomplished the goals that I've
set for myself so far and am confident that I will
continue to do so. I have much bigger plans!
Biggest support : My mom, my friends and my online friends. They
are always there when I'm having a bad day, need
a little extra motivation or an extra hand. My
mom tells everyone she knows I'm a WAH expert,
now I don't know about that but it makes me feel
great anyhow, lol! Everyone loves my candles so
a lot of word of mouth comes my way from my
friends buying and burning the candles in their
homes - thanks guys, love ya :)
Anything you would do different? I would have more start up money. However, don't
let the fact that you DON'T have the budget you
want stop you! I am currently talking with
S.C.O.R.E. about applying for a small business
loan and I'm still earning an income in the
meantime. If you are thinking of starting a
home business, JUST DO IT! There is no better
time than the the present to start doing what
you've always wanted to do!

Many people mistakenly believe that time management is about squeezing more tasks and activities into a day. Time management is actually about getting the important things done. It's also about learning to do things efficiently so you can ultimately accomplish more. Here how:
1. Place near the door a rack for outerwear and a shelf or mat for shoes. Have kids deposit their coats, hats, gloves and shoes upon entering. Each evening, they'll replace with tomorrow's shoes and jackets.
Spring isn't just all about pastel colors, blooming flowers, and baby birds. Noooo. In fact, spring brings on kinds of peculiar conditions. First there's spring fever which causes normally responsible people to sleep in late, skip classes and shirk off going to work just so they can take a walk in the park and feel the sun on their face. Then there's the typical colds and flu. And I don't even have to mention the allergies. But there's one condition that no one ever warns you about: Over-Organization Syndrome.
Mix eggs and chees in a bowl. Cook just like you would scrambled eggs. When your finnished cooking, put them onto the shells and roll them up.
You can also add any other breakfast favorites. Bits of ham, bacon or sausage.
