Things around here have slowed a bit...but we've still been working hard on our newest project. Hardest part of business : Learning how to focus on my business with 3 young children at home.

3/4 cup milk
1/2 frozen strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 sliced bananas
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
