Greetings faithful readers! I hope everyone has big plans for the upcoming holiday. It's time for a little break! I've been busy making plans and of course work as usual. For the past two weeks I've been working hard on a special section for Mommy's Helper entitled "Affiliate Marketing Information Network" My real goal was to have it completely up and running for this issue...but I guess I have to say..Stay Tuned for next week!! It's another warm and sunny summer day here, with plans to go swimming again this afternoon. Of course there is much to be done before we do, as Anita and I are still putting the finishing touches on our new website, Home Business Specialists. Products/Services: Heart Warming Creations offers beautiful country and traditional home decor.
Why you chose this business : I chose this business because I love country products and I wanted to share them with the people that I know. I also wanted to work and spend time with my children and this job allows me to do so.
Hardest part of business : The hardest part has been trying to build my business and introduce it to new people
Best part of business: The best part is the satisfaction of being able to stay at home and work by showing people products that they love.
Are you successful by your standards? I believe that I am successful in knowing that I tried something different. It takes time to build a business and to have people realize that this is work. I believe I will be successful as I build my customer base.
Biggest support : The person that has supported me the most is not just one person. My entire family has supported me with encouraging words.
Anything you would do different? I would organize my office space better beforehand, that way I wouldn't be so cluttered now with papers in my office space that are not related to Heart Warming Creations.

Believe me when I tell you that the young gentlemen of my household, ages 12 and 9, are not cosmopolitan or gourmands. The best thing you could ever pack in their lunch boxes is a nice cold package of Lunchables, and they love beef jerky, french fries, and pizza. But - here's the surprise - they also sometimes get a yen for sushi, tofu, fried calamari, artichokes, Mexican food, or dim sum. They love to eat out, and they love to eat well.
5 medium apples
1 bag (14oz.) Caramels
2 Tbsp. water
*optional toppings
Microwave caramels and water for approximately 3 minutes or until completely melted, stirring half-way through. Dip apples into hot caramel until evenly coated. Decorate with *additional toppings if desired. Place on wax paper and stand till set.
