Happy Wednesday! Wow! Wednesday already! I guess thats happens when you take a 3 1/2 day holiday weekend. I hope everyone had a safe and fun holiday weekend. Our kiddos got to see some fireworks and we had a nice picinic. Of course now, it's business as usual and crazy work catching up on everything that happened over the weekend. I know I had promised to have the new "Affiliate Marketing Information Network" up and running but sorry to say one more time...stay tuned.
I feel like I'm back from a long vacation, getting back into old habits that were starting to slip. I went out and bought myself a new dry erase board (a bigger one) that I decided to just prop up on my desk right where I can see it and easily check things off - that's helping a lot. My old one which is stuck to the wall I've decided to use as a "monthly goal" board, more as a reminder and to keep me back on track.
Anyway, I've begun to really take full advantage of the blog, and even submitted it to a few directories the other day (See Monday's post about the great find on Mike's boards!). Well, back to work - there's much to be done!

Free Isn't Always Good - Why You Need Your Own Website
Often time I've browsed sites and seen the same thing - general rep websites or free hosted sites. Pop ups irritate me from the free sites as does the blatant ads getting in the way of the text, and if you have seen one rep site you literally have seen them all. Boring, unoriginal, and unprofessional.
When I was expecting my first child, threats to my baby's health seemed to lurk everywhere. I knew, of course, that alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs of any kind were off-limits. But what about those lattes I'd chugged before I knew I was pregnant? Did I need to get rid of my beloved cats? What sort of environmental hazards was I unwittingly exposing my fetus to? Nine months of caffeine withdrawal, cat avoidance, and breath-holding-around-noxious-odors later, my strapping baby boy arrived.
People warned me that once I had children things would change. They told me all about sleepless nights and endless diaper changes. They also filled me in on pacifiers, the difference between teething and ear infections, and how nothing in my life, or on my body, would ever be the same again. But no one dared to tell me the whole truth of it: that having children would affect my vocabulary.
This is really good cooked on the grill or the stove.
Diet friendly too.
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Combine the lemon juice, ginger, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a deep bowl. Pour the ginger mixture over the breasts, turning once to coat both sides. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2 Grill or Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat the skillet on medium-high until hot. Add the chicken. Cook, turning once, until tender, about 8 minutes.
